• What is the difference between a non-Registered Visitor and a Registered Visitor?

• How can I register as a Registered Visitor at Clean-China.com.cn?
• Click into Register as a User under the section of “User Login”, in which you can register on-line:
• Step 1: User Benefits
• Read the User Benefits before registration
• Step 2: User Information
• Fill in the on-line registration form
• Fill in the Verification Code and then press “Submit”
• Step 3: User Verification
• Your registration will be processed. Once completed, we will send an Account Activation email with an Activation Code for you to activate your account
• Step 4: Account Activation
• To confirm the account is activated by you.
• Key in your login name and Activation code
• Fill in Verification Code then press “Submit”
• Step 5: Finish
• You can start using our services

 

• I forgot my login name and/or password, how can I retrieve it?
• For the retrieval of your login name, please call our Customer Service on +86-021-64371178-392.
• For the retrieval of your password, you can fill in the on-line form in Forget Password. The password will be sent back to you via email to your registered email address soon. Please follow the steps stated in the email to activate your new password.

 

• Why am I not able to login when I input my login name and/or password?
• Try one of the followings:
• Check if you have activated your account or not. You can find the activation details in the Account Activation email sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the Account Activation email after your registration, please go to Make an Enquiry and send us a message. Our Web Services Team will contact you shortly.
• Check your login name and/or password. Your login name and password are case-sensitive, and Clean-china.com.cn will distinguish lowercase from uppercase letters.
• Check your keyboard CAPS LOCK to see whether it has been activated. This may cause you to type your password in the wrong case.
• Please note that for security purposes, your login account will be temporarily inactivated for 30 minutes if login failures accumulate five times. It will be resume after 30 minutes.

 

• I lost my activation code, how can I retrieve it?

  Click Here to go to the re-send activation code service section. Key in the login name and registered email address for activation code retrieval.

• Go to “Find New Suppliers and Products ”on the homepage, select from Product, Brand or Company to search for all the exhibitors from around the world.
• By Product – you can search for your potential trade partners under:

• Sanitary Appliances and Accessories
• Cleaning, maintenance and disinfection products
• Equipment for cleaning - maintenance - safety
• Miscellaneous services
• Disinfection and anti-rodent measures
• Others
• By Brand – listing brands in:
• Alphabetical and numerical order
• Number of strokes for Brands in Chinese
• By Company – listing companies:
• in Alphabetical and Numerical order
• by Country & Region
• by Business Nature
• Selected supplier(s) will be listed accordingly. Click into a supplier to go to its own On-line Showroom for detailed company information and product specifications with high re-solution photos.
• You can find suppliers' contact information and products through Simple Search by keywords.
• You can make a more specific search for suppliers' contact information and products through Advanced Search.

 

• How Can find Industry Information?
• Go to Industry News on the homepage, click the news headline that you are interested in, or select news headlines from different sections, including:

• How can I access industry news and updated market trends regularly?
• After you have successfully registered as a Registered User of Clean-china.com.cn, you will access industry news. Please go to Register as a User now if you have not yet done so.
• You also can click on “China Clean” in the main page, enters the introduce , Click “To Subscribe”. and fills in the form, then you can real the detailed industry information and gain analysis reports.

 

• What is the Activation Code?
• You will receive your Activation Code from the Account Activation email sent to you upon successful registration. The Activation Code is used for activating your account before you can use our services. This is to ensure that the account is activated by an eligible user.

• What is the Account Activation Email?
• You will receive from us an Account Activation email upon successful registration. The email will be sent to your registered email account. It includes your Login Name, Password and Activation Code to activate your account before you can use our services. There is a link in the email which directs you to the site of Account Activation. Please click the link to input your Login Name, Password and the Activation Code to activate your account.

  If there is any problem in clicking through that link, please copy the link, paste it onto your browser address bar to access the site, and fill in the account activation information.

• What is the Verification Code?
• A verification code shown in a picture is composed of numbers and letters, from which the code is randomly generated to confirm that the user is trying to access the page. This helps prevent automated programs from misusing our website.
